Heat is either too low or too high

- In case, the oil is overheated, then the exteriors may turn out to be blackish but the internet will not be thoroughly cooked.
- And when the oil is not heated at the right temperature or is obtaining low heat, then the chicken may come out to be cooked, but you can not expect it to be crispy and crunchy.
You soak excessive oil on the paper towel
Immediately after taking the chicken from the cauldron, you approach to put the fried pieces of the paper towel. This is the wrong way. By doing this, the steam is generated which makes your chicken soggy and soft (evidently, cannot satisfy your tastebuds)
