From Google play store TikTok’s rating dropping down frequently to 4.6 stars to 1.3 from the last few days. People introduced a slogan related to this debate #BringBackCarryMinatiYouTubeVideo and #BanTikTokinindia starting. These hashtags are now trending on social media.
TikTok vs YouTube seems a war that can not stop. The controversy video got deleted from the internet which reached another level. CarryMinati received tremendous support from his fans.
Rating Changes:
- On May 19, 2020, the rating dropped down from 4.5 to 2.0
- on May 20, 2020 it fell to 1.3 stars.
- Also on 20th the account of Faizal Siddiqui has suspended.
- On 21st May, it decreased to 1.2.
- From 22nd to 26th May, a slight increment in rating that is 1.3 to 1.4.
Why TikTok Rating Goes Down dramatically?

Which affected the rating of TikTok on play store. Some say, in the initial three days rating decreased from 4.6 to 3.8. but in 4 days, it fell up to 1.3. it seems the future is very dark of Tiktok in India. This is a serious matter of TikTok. On the two different platforms, (YouTube and TikTok) fight of two fans is never stopped. On twitter people are supporting youtube as compare to TikTok.
Carryminati released a video to taunting Amir Siddiqui in which he stating if would be honored for him to roast Nagar. This taunting video was trending. Which is most liked and viewed video on youtube. While making this video he was getting emotional, and talking about video also conveying a message to the audience. On May 19, it has been viewed 40 million and got liked more than 7.2 million. The supports of your tube has decreased the rating of TikTok from 4.6 to 3.8.
a video has published on TikTok which was recorded by Faizal Siddiqui, the brother of Amir Siddiqui. That video was promoting an acid attack on women.
A BJP president Tejinder pal Singh Bagga watched this video. After watching this video he had tagged this video to Rekha Sharma (chairperson of National commission of women). She assured that she will take this matter to TikTok and the Government of India. She asked to take strict action to ban this platform.
As Faizal come to know about this matter simultaneously he deleted his video and came with the explanation that he is a member of team nawab rather than brother of Amir.
His explanation not convincing the audience. They are rapidly decreasing the ratio of TikTok video. While that TikTok application rated 2 stars, on the other hand, TikTok Lite application reached 1 rating.
Still, the audience is spreading information on social media to rate this app to 1 star so that this kind of application will ban in India. #BanTikTokinindia this slogan is in trending on social websites.
