The base ingredients are usually not the same in all the chaat dishes. It varies depending upon the type of the chaat and taste preferences of the particular region. Following are the popular alternatives for the base:

  • Fried Bread Fritters
  • Samosas
  • Crispy puffed rice

 

  • Add the vegetables

You can add the vegetables which are the core ingredients of the dish. You can choose the one as per your taste like the following:

  • Chutney topping

  • Pani Puri

It is said that every Indian girl loves the mouth flooding taste of the pain puri which are also known as the golgappas. The fried puri is filled with the fillings like boiled potatoes or grams, and then it is dipped in a variety of waters.
