Vatta, Pitta, Kapha
My Body nature is all three I suppose Vatta, Pitta, and Kapha because I am still exploring Ayurveda. But I have found a few dashes of each type in me. 😛
Following is the diet plan I am following flexibly from the past 25 days to get rid of cervical spondylosis. But as I am fed up of cervical now as I am not able to concentrate fully on my life goals as like any other individual I am very ambitious rather over-ambitious I feel I am.. So here we go.. BTW, I am sharing this plan with an obvious reason that it might help someone. But one should opt this plan step by step minutely observing how their body responds to each diet change in their lifestyle
